Anchoring research strategy on Premium across acquisition, value, and monetization.

Mixed-methods research informing pricing and product decisions at company-leadership altitude. Led the Premium Duo paired-subscription launch (research informing more than $11M in annualized revenue), the Acquisition Survey question-cap experiment now ramped across web, iOS, and Android, and the Five-Pillar Framework cited verbatim twice in company OKRs.

When leadership was deciding whether to ramp Premium Duo from a 10% test to full launch, the qualitative research running in parallel let them see why members were buying, not just that they were.
